About the Founder  

The driving force behind Reign Property Maintenance and Projects is a results-driven and versatile professional with a rich background in property services, real estate, and business management. Armed with a wealth of education and certifications, including a Certificate IV in Building and Construction from the Trade Institute of Victoria and a Certificate IV in Property Services, he brings a blend of knowledge and hands-on experience to the table.

With a history of successful ventures, including running Estate Agents and offering consultancy for a million-dollar portfolio’s, he has demonstrated exceptional skills in business planning, strategic direction setting, and financial performance review. His ability to identify growth opportunities and implement efficiency improvements has been a cornerstone of his success.

Passion for Property

His extensive employment history, including roles as a Property Manager and Operations Manager, showcases his passion for property and his ability to manage large portfolios effectively. Adept at building and maintaining positive relationships, he is well-versed in handling various aspects of property management, from rent arrears and maintenance to leasing and listing.

Team Leadership & Vision

As a former Director of a Property Management Company, he has led teams to align with the company’s vision, set strategic directions, and managed company budgets and forecasts. His leadership and vision have been instrumental in steering companies towards growth and success.

Community Involvement

Beyond professional endeavors, he has been actively involved in community activities, contributing to youth development through coaching at Coburg Giants Basketball Association, and as a member of the Big V basketball team.
